Aside from the larger plots, this villa also has a 25 m2 second floor living area with views out over the harbour and the ocean beyond.

The estate will have a private members club with a place to socialize outside of the privacy of your luxury villa. Golf buggies will be available onsite to ferry guests to the beach at the bottom of the hill.
